At Rasi Ratna, we aim to provide a transparent purchasing experience for customers buying gemstones, Vastu products and related items.

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not already been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

2. Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions mentioned below.

The product must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in its original condition
  • Have its original packaging
  • Include original documentation/certificate, where applicable
  • Not have been altered or damaged by the customer

3. Return Conditions for Gemstones

Because gemstones are high-value and individually identifiable products, returned gemstones may be inspected before a return is accepted and a refund is approved.

The product must correspond to the item originally supplied by Rasi Ratna.

4. Non-Returnable Products

Returns may not be accepted for:

  • Customized products
  • Personalized products
  • Products that have been resized, altered or modified
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
  • Products returned without required original documentation where applicable
  • Products that do not satisfy the return conditions

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order ID
  • Product photographs
  • Package photographs
  • Description of the issue

6. Return Verification

For high-value products, Rasi Ratna may inspect the returned item before approving the refund.

The inspection may include verification of:

  • Product condition
  • Product identity
  • Packaging
  • Certificate/documentation
  • Signs of alteration or tampering

7. Refund

Once an eligible return is received and approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method.

Refund processing generally takes 5–7 business days after approval, depending on the payment gateway and customer’s bank.

8. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect or damaged product supplied by Rasi Ratna.
